Company and Apprentice 2025 Summer Schedule
Tuition: $750
Monday, May 19 through Thursday, May 22 / 5:00-6:45
Off for Memorial Day Weekend.
Tuesday, May 27 through Thursday, May 30 / 5:00-6:45
Beginning on Friday, May 31, we switch to morning hours for the remainder of the Summer Session.

9:30-11:15 Ballet Technique
11:20-12:15 Showcase Rehearsal (Tue. Jazz)
School will be closed Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 4.
Summer 2025 Schedule for Intermediate
May 20 through July 24.
Tuition for the summer session: $500 (ballet class, jazz rehearsal and ballet rehearsal)
All classes are on Tuesday and Thursday
We will offer evening classes (May 20 through May 29) until public schools are closed for the summer (May 30), then we will switch to morning hours.

The Dance School will be closed Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 4.
Showcase!
Dancers that participate in the summer session will have the opportunity to be in the Showcase performance Saturday, August 9. We will be working on choreography during the summer. We realize everyone takes vacations at different times. It will be helpful if you can provide the dates you will be gone so we will be able to work around them. There will be a performance fee for this show.
The summer session ends on July 24. We will have rehearsals for the Showcase Monday, July 28 through Friday, August 1 & Monday, August 4 through Friday, August 8. A schedule for these two weeks TBA.

Considering ballet for your son or daughter? The Hilton Head Dance School is home to one of the best dance facilities on the East Coast. Instructors bring their experience with the world–renowned company the American Ballet Theatre.
Their love for the art of dance is passed down to their dancers every year as Hilton Head Dance Theatre puts on performances such as Coppelia, Swan Lake and the much beloved Nutcracker. Our dancers have continued on to some of the top universities and dance programs around the world.

TUITION
The price structure reflected above is for 32 weeks of classes and performances OR two 16-week semesters. Tuition may be divided into 2 payments due prior to the beginning of each semester.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
20% discount applies for second child and additional siblings if they take for a full year
PAYMENTS
Tuition payments must be paid in full within 45 days of starting the semester. Parents are expected to keep their accounts current. Failure to do so may have an impact on their child's ability to participate.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Please understand that a limited number of scholarships are available from the Hilton Head Dance Theatre for financially qualified families. Inquire about scholarship application deadlines.
WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
Notice of withdrawal needs to be communicated directly to the teacher via phone or email. You must also fill out and sign a withdrawal form and return it to the office.
REFUNDS
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Most payments are final, but exceptions are made for extreme circumstances.
