Dance Class Schedule
Considering ballet for your son or daughter? The Hilton Head Dance School is home to one of the best dance facilities on the East Coast. Instructors bring their experience with the world–renowned company the American Ballet Theatre.
Their love for the art of dance is passed down to their dancers every year as Hilton Head Dance Theatre puts on performances such as Coppelia, Swan Lake and the much beloved Nutcracker. Our dancers have continued on to some of the top universities and dance programs around the world.

Summer 2026 Schedule for Intermediates
May 12 through July 23.
Tuition for the summer session: $500 (includes ballet class, jazz rehearsal, and ballet rehearsal)
If you do not wish to participate in the Showcase performance, tuition is instead $400
All Intermediate classes are on Tuesday and Thursday
We will offer evening classes (May 12 through May 28) until public schools are closed for the summer.

Showcase!
Dancers that participate in summer session will have the opportunity to be in the Showcase performance on Saturday, August 1 at the Lucas Theater in Savannah. We will be working on choreography during the summer. We realize everyone will be taking vacations at different times. It will be helpful if you can provide the dates you will be gone, so we will be able to work around them. There will be a performance fee for this show.
The summer session ends on July 24. We will have rehearsals for the Showcase Monday, July 27 through Friday, July 31. A schedule for this week is TBA.

TUITION
The price structure reflected above is for 32 weeks of classes and performances OR two 16-week semesters. Tuition may be divided into 2 payments due prior to the beginning of each semester.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
20% discount applies for second child and additional siblings if they take for a full year
PAYMENTS
Tuition payments must be paid in full within 45 days of starting the semester. Parents are expected to keep their accounts current. Failure to do so may have an impact on their child's ability to participate.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Please understand that a limited number of scholarships are available from the Hilton Head Dance Theatre for financially qualified families. Inquire about scholarship application deadlines.
WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
Notice of withdrawal needs to be communicated directly to the teacher via phone or email. You must also fill out and sign a withdrawal form and return it to the office.
REFUNDS
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Most payments are final, but exceptions are made for extreme circumstances.
