Hilton Head’s ABT® Accredited Dance School
Aside from our ABT® Accreditation, our instructors have danced with world–renowned companies such as the American Ballet Theatre and Fosse in New York City and danced or trained with the likes of Fernando Bujones, Ted Kivitt, Mikhail Baryshnikov, David Howard, Edward Villella, Bill Carter and Madame Krassovska.
They pass their knowledge from these masters to their students everyday at class as the students follow a carefully regimented curriculum put together by some of the best minds in ballet.
HHDS and the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra
After much anticipation and planning, 2011 has finally brought the Hilton Head Dance School and Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra together for performances. We are the only dance company around to create this bond and use live music in our shows.
Not only will it create a new experience for the audiences at our performances, but our dancers will be exposed to a new element– live music– that will only enhance their dancing throughout their careers.
